Job Description
The Senior Treasury Analyst at Solid Power is responsible for managing cash flow, banking relationships, financial analysis, and investment strategies to support the company's liquidity and capital structure in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flows, and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Analyze and recommend investment strategies to optimize returns and manage risk.
- Assist in managing bank relationships and support negotiations with financial institutions.
- Support equity administration processes, including analysis and reconciliation of equity transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations on treasury activities, liquidity, and investments.
- Help develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and other departments for financial planning and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies related to treasury operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in treasury or banking
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and reporting and exercise critical thinking
- Prolonged periods working at a computer

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
