Chief of Staff

• MBA required, with a strong preference for candidates holding an undergraduate degree in Engineering or other STEM related disciplines. • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program leadership, or senior business roles. • Experience operating in complex, matrixed, and highly visible environments (public company preferred). • Proven ability to influence without direct authority. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and integrity. • Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information. • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. • Ability to spend prolonged periods standing or walking in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required, including but not limited to eye protection, hair net, gloves, lab coats, coveralls, face mask, full-face respirator or PAPR.
