Job Description
The Solar Construction Manager will oversee the on-site execution of commercial rooftop solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with various teams and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial solar projects
- Ensure construction work complies with safety, quality, and schedule standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel to facilitate project completion
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing all construction activities for commercial solar projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule management.
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Proven track record of leading on-site execution of solar construction projects.
- Experience in managing construction schedules and ensuring projects meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and practices on construction sites.
- Ability to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and teams in a construction environment.
- Physical ability to oversee on-site construction activities, which may include walking, standing, and inspecting work in various weather conditions.
