Job Description

The Portfolio Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing the operational infrastructure, data governance, and process standards to support scalable project execution within Solar Landscape's growing project portfolio, ensuring reliable data, system integrity, and consistent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and mature operational infrastructure to support scalable project execution
Establish and maintain consistent processes, reliable data, and system integrity for project portfolio management
Partner cross-functionally with Operations to enhance data documentation governance and process standards
Improve system utilization to support execution discipline and consistency
Shape the data foundation to enable high-quality, predictable project outcomes

Requirements

Experience in building and maturing operational infrastructure required to execute at scale within a project management or portfolio management environment.
Ability to develop and implement consistent processes, reliable data management, and system integrity to support predictable and high-quality outcomes.
Experience partnering cross-functionally across teams, particularly with Operations, to strengthen data documentation governance, reinforce process standards, and improve system utilization.
Strong analytical skills and systems-oriented mindset, with a focus on building scalable frameworks and driving practical adoption across teams.
Proficiency in shaping and supporting the data foundation that supports execution discipline and consistency.
