Job Description
The Project Controls Analyst-Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining project schedules for commercial solar installations, ensuring smooth transitions from development to construction, and aligning key milestones and timelines across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules for commercial solar installations
- Track key milestones, permitting timelines, and construction deliverables
- Ensure alignment of project timelines among development, sales, and operations teams
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Provide timely updates and documentation to internal teams
Requirements
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules for commercial solar installations, ensuring a smooth transition from development through construction.
- Serve as a critical link between project development, sales, and operations teams by tracking key milestones, permitting timelines, and construction deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines.
- Support internal teams with timely updates and documentation related to project schedules.
- Must be a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong understanding of construction lifecycles.
- Must have excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
