Job Description
The Senior Associate, Strategic Transactions supports the execution of complex partnership deals and market expansion initiatives in the renewable energy sector, providing economic analysis and transaction support to advance innovative projects across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of complex partnership transactions and market expansion initiatives.
- Translate commercial concepts, regulatory frameworks, and development realities into economic analysis.
- Assist in advancing innovative, non-standard transactions in new markets.
- Provide execution support for transaction structuring and negotiations.
Requirements
- Support the execution of complex partnership transactions and market expansion initiatives that are redefining how distributed clean energy is developed across the United States.
- Play a critical role in translating commercial concepts, regulatory frameworks, and development realities into rigorous economic analysis and execution support.
- Be a core member of a small, senior execution team responsible for advancing innovative, non-standard transactions in new markets.
- Have the ability to work in-office in the NY NJ metro area 3 to 4 days per week.
