Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager supports the growth of Solar Landscape by designing and improving sales processes, systems, and analytics, ensuring operational excellence across the sales lifecycle to enhance sales productivity and commercial rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and improve processes, systems, analytics, and proposal and pricing infrastructure to support sales organization.
- Own and manage critical components of the company's commercial operating model to impact growth, sales productivity, and commercial rigor.
- Ensure rigor in pipeline management, performance and commissions tracking, proposal development, and pricing execution.
- Drive operational excellence across the sales lifecycle with clear accountability for results.
- Translate commercial strategy into scalable operating processes.
Requirements
- The candidate must have strong analytical skills and a process-improvement mindset.
- The candidate must be a hands-on operator with the ability to operationalize proposal, performance tracking, and broader commercial strategy in a fast-growing environment.
- The candidate must support commercial growth by designing, executing, and continuously improving processes, systems, analytics, and proposal and pricing infrastructure that power the sales organization.
- The candidate must be highly cross-functional and execution-oriented, operating at the intersection of Technology, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Policy.
- The candidate must translate commercial strategy into scalable operating processes.
- The candidate must ensure rigor in pipeline management, performance and commissions tracking, proposal development, and pricing execution.
- The candidate must drive operational excellence across the sales lifecycle with clear accountability for results.
- The candidate must be located in the NY or NJ metro area and be able to come to either the NY or NJ office 3-4 days a week.
