Job Description
The Quality Manager leads quality assurance and control activities for industrial rooftop solar projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulations while collaborating with various teams to deliver reliable and high-quality solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities for rooftop solar projects
- Ensure materials, installations, and processes comply with engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with construction, engineering, safety, commissioning, and operations teams to maintain high-quality, compliant solar installations
- Act as a field leader, risk manager, and coach to promote a culture of quality and safety
Requirements
- Support and lead quality assurance and quality control activities for industrial rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) projects.
- Ensure that materials, installations, and processes comply with engineering specifications, utility requirements, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
- Work closely with construction, engineering, safety, commissioning, and Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality solar installations and operations.
- Act as a field leader, culture builder, risk manager, and coach to protect people, projects, and long-term system performance.
