Job Description
The Manager of Tax Equity Fundings will oversee project-level financing activities, including construction debt and tax equity funding, and provide strategic financial support to senior leadership within a leading commercial rooftop solar company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project-level financing activities, including construction debt and tax equity fundings.
- Manage complex financial processes related to project financing.
- Partner with internal teams and external financing partners to execute funding strategies.
- Provide strategic support to senior leadership on reporting, forecasting, and special initiatives within Corporate Finance.
Requirements
- Strong project finance expertise in managing project-level financing activities, including construction debt and tax equity fundings.
- Ability to independently exercise judgment and manage complex financial processes related to project financing.
- Experience partnering closely with internal teams and external financing partners in project finance activities.
- Providing strategic support to senior leadership on reporting, forecasting, and special initiatives within Corporate Finance.
