Experience working at the intersection of legal, regulatory, and commercial execution in the energy or related sectors.
Ability to help develop first-of-their-kind transaction structures that comply with regulatory requirements.
Experience working with key players across the energy landscape to unlock new pathways for distributed clean energy deployment.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to energy projects and transactions.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with legal, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Ability to operate as a core member of a small, senior execution team and contribute to senior decision-making processes.
Willingness to be based in the NY NJ metro area and to be in-office 3 to 4 days per week.
