Job Description
The Manager of Construction Debt Fundings is responsible for leading project-level financing activities, including construction debt and tax equity funding, while providing strategic financial support to senior leadership within a leading commercial rooftop solar company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project-level financing activities, including construction debt and tax equity fundings.
- Manage complex financial processes related to project financing.
- Partner with internal teams and external financing partners to facilitate funding transactions.
- Provide strategic support to senior leadership on reporting, forecasting, and special initiatives within Corporate Finance.
Requirements
- Strong project finance expertise, including experience managing project-level financing activities such as construction debt and tax equity fundings.
- Ability to independently judge and manage complex financial processes related to project financing.
- Experience partnering closely with internal teams and external financing partners in financial activities.
- Experience providing strategic support to senior leadership on reporting, forecasting, and special initiatives within Corporate Finance.
