The Manager of Construction Debt Fundings is responsible for leading project-level financing activities, including construction debt and tax equity funding, while providing strategic financial support to senior leadership within a leading commercial rooftop solar company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee project-level financing activities, including construction debt and tax equity fundings.
Manage complex financial processes related to project financing.
Partner with internal teams and external financing partners to facilitate funding transactions.
Provide strategic support to senior leadership on reporting, forecasting, and special initiatives within Corporate Finance.
Requirements
Strong project finance expertise, including experience managing project-level financing activities such as construction debt and tax equity fundings.
Ability to independently judge and manage complex financial processes related to project financing.
Experience partnering closely with internal teams and external financing partners in financial activities.
Experience providing strategic support to senior leadership on reporting, forecasting, and special initiatives within Corporate Finance.
