Job Description
A managerial role within the Business Operations team at Solar Landscape, focusing on executing strategic initiatives to enhance project throughput, cross-functional coordination, and internal processes to support the company's growth in the clean energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the executive team and departments in optimizing internal operations
- Support key strategic initiatives to increase project throughput and improve cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate across Business Development, Finance, Technology, Policy, Marketing, Subscriber, and Operations teams
- Contribute to streamlining processes and ensuring projects and processes run smoothly
- Help advance the company's growth objectives through operational support
Requirements
- Experience working on critical strategic initiatives designed to increase project throughput, improve cross-functional coordination, and enable execution of growth strategies within a professional environment.
- Ability to assist the executive team and functional departments in optimizing internal operations, supporting key initiatives, and ensuring projects and processes run smoothly.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Business Development, Finance, Technology, Policy, Marketing, Subscriber, and Operations.
- Eagerness to contribute to cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and develop skills and experience in operational strategy within the clean energy industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to support strategic initiatives and internal operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance environment with a focus on accountability and execution.
- Excellent communication skills to support collaboration across diverse teams and departments.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
