Job Description
A managerial role within Solar Landscape's Business Operations team, focusing on supporting strategic initiatives to enhance project efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and overall company growth in the clean energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the executive team and departments in optimizing internal operations
- Support and drive strategic initiatives to increase project throughput
- Improve cross-functional coordination among teams
- Ensure projects and processes run smoothly
- Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Technology, Policy, Marketing, Subscriber, and Operations teams
- Contribute to advancing the company's growth objectives
- Streamline processes and contribute to operational strategy development
Requirements
- Experience in working on critical strategic initiatives designed to increase project throughput, improve cross-functional coordination, and enable execution of growth strategies.
- Ability to assist the executive team and functional departments in optimizing internal operations, supporting key initiatives, and ensuring projects and processes run smoothly.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Business Development, Finance, Technology, Policy, Marketing, Subscriber, and Operations.
- Motivated professional eager to contribute to cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and gain exposure to strategic operations within the clean energy industry.
- Strong skills in operational strategy and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to support and advance company growth objectives through operational initiatives.
