Job Description
The Director of Logistics and Warehouse Operations is responsible for designing and leading a scalable, digitally enabled supply chain platform to support the company's rapid growth in commercial solar development, focusing on improving project velocity and operational efficiency across multiple warehouses and job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the transformation of the company's logistics and inventory infrastructure.
- Build a scalable, digitally enabled supply chain platform supporting national growth.
- Increase project velocity and operational efficiency across a network of warehouses and job sites.
Requirements
- Experience in building and leading a scalable, digitally enabled supply chain platform supporting national growth, increasing project velocity, and driving operational efficiency across a distributed network of warehouses and job sites.
- Ability to architect and lead the transformation of logistics and inventory infrastructure, including transitioning to direct OEM sourcing of certain project components.
- Proven enterprise-level discipline combined with entrepreneurial execution in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills to lead the development and implementation of integrated logistics and inventory infrastructure supporting a rapidly expanding commercial industrial solar development and EPC platform.
- Experience supporting a high-performance environment with a focus on clear thinking, accountability, and execution.
- Ability to support and optimize logistics operations across multiple locations, including warehouses and job sites, to support national project deployment.
