Job Description
A Compliance Analyst supporting subscriber compliance activities within a growing community solar portfolio, focusing on workflows such as disclosure management, subscription facilitation, and compliance reporting, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support subscriber compliance activities across the community solar portfolio
- Manage disclosure and collateral processes related to compliance
- Facilitate subscription agreements to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Monitor, validate, and facilitate subscriber compliance reporting
- Support development of scalable compliance processes
- Collaborate with internal teams, subscriber organizations, utilities, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate compliance
Requirements
- Support subscriber compliance activities across the community solar portfolio, including disclosure and collateral management, subscription agreement facilitation, DTC compliance, and subscriber compliance reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams, subscriber organizations, utilities, and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Possess at least 1 year of professional experience or be a recent graduate with relevant foundational knowledge.
- Be detail oriented and organized, with the ability to monitor, validate, and facilitate subscriber compliance reporting.
- Be excited to build foundational compliance skills in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.
- Support the development of scalable compliance processes as the company continues to grow.
- Help protect program integrity and support the delivery of benefits to the communities served.
