Job Description
A leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial operations, reporting, and systems to support rapid growth in a clean-tech energy company. The position involves overseeing core accounting functions, coordinating offshore workflows, and working closely with senior finance leaders to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including core accounting, receivables, and rebate processes
- Oversee offshore workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency in finance functions
- Support financial reporting, collections, rebate funding, and internal controls
- Collaborate with senior finance leaders to optimize systems and processes for scaling the business
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable finance systems and processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
Requirements
- Lead day-to-day finance operations, not just report on them.
- Build systems and processes that actually scale.
- Oversee core accounting, receivables, and rebate operations.
- Coordinate offshore workflows to drive efficiency and consistency across the finance function.
- Ensure accurate execution across financial processes, oversite collections, rebate funding, and internal reporting.
- Continuously optimise systems to support a fast-scaling business.
- Play a central role in delivering clean data, strong controls, and reliable reporting that supports day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, and FP&A Manager.
- Support the development of a team, including onshore and offshore coordination.
- Possess experience in financial management within a high-growth environment.
