Job Description
The Senior Finance ERP Consultant will support and optimize financial processes within Sage X3, focusing on cost accounting, system ownership, and user training to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency for the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory and cost accounts to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Manage standard cost exceptions, variances, and related analysis
- Maintain and validate Bill of Material and Routing cost structures
- Reconcile inventory and WIP accounts with the general ledger
- Oversee and maintain costing-related master data in Sage X3
- Act as the functional owner for Sage ERP finance modules
- Liaise with Data Systems team on finance-related projects and testing
- Define and maintain chart of accounts, dimensions, and reporting structures
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align financial processes
- Train and support finance users on Sage X3 processes and best practices
- Maintain process documentation to ensure business continuity
Requirements
- Deep functional expertise in Sage X3 Finance modules.
- Strong experience in Cost Accounting and Stock Reconciliation.
- Ability to work as an embedded member of the Finance team, collaborating closely with IT and Operations.
