Job Description
A senior construction scheduler role focused on delivering and optimizing complex data center projects, leading planning efforts, developing scalable solutions, and supporting the growth of the company's US operations within a innovative project management and technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the project plan to ensure effective project delivery and mitigate delays.
- Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan, maintaining alignment.
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Develop scalable and repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions for long-term impact.
- Maximize the professional and personal development of team members and educate clients.
- Support the establishment and growth of the company's presence in the USA.
Requirements
- A construction engineering background.
- Solid experience in construction project scheduling and controls, with the ability to align plans with strategic objectives and broader project context.
- Strong software-specific knowledge, such as Primavera P6, along with decent Excel skills and a strong interest in data.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills, with the charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
- Leadership capabilities, including proactive self-leadership and the ability to lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
- A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics, by implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
