A construction engineering background.
At least 2 years of experience on construction projects, including experience in project planning both software and principles.
Decent Excel skills.

Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.

Proactive self-leadership skills.
Ability to lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
