Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the project plan for one or more projects, ensuring effective execution and mitigation of delays.
Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan to achieve project objectives.
Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery.
Develop scalable and repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions in collaboration with the team.
Lead the professional and personal development of team members and educate clients to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
A construction engineering background.
Solid construction project planning capability in all aspects that take into account strategic objectives and the broad context you are operating in.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills, with the charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
Proven leadership capabilities, including proactively leading yourself and others by asking the right questions and challenging them, as well as being a proven leader, coach, and developer of teams.
A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics, by implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
