This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal management and safety systems for power batteries, focusing on preventing thermal runaway through simulation, material selection, and technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform simulation analysis and optimize design of power battery modules and systems for thermal runaway, thermal diffusion, and exhaust.
Research and apply new technologies, materials, and processes for thermal runaway protection of battery packs and modules.
Develop and optimize protective parts and materials to ensure effective thermal management and safety.
Design and optimize thermal management systems for battery packs and modules.
Design thermal safety-related products, analyze scheme advantages and disadvantages, and verify technical solutions.
Prepare technical plans and documents related to thermal management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Power Engineering, thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, vehicle engineering, machinery or related field
3 years or above experience in system design and simulation analysis of battery thermal management components
Proficient in structural simulation or fluid simulation tools such as Fluent, CFX, Star CCM , etc., capable of relevant simulation work
Familiar with the development of thermal management-related components, such as heat exchanger liquid cooling plates, pipelines, heating components, sensors, fire insulation materials and other thermal management components design, selection and application experience
Independent and high quality project completion experience
Foreign project experience is preferred
