The Test Engineer is responsible for conducting environmental, performance, and abuse testing of lithium metal battery packs and modules, building test platforms, maintaining test equipment, and ensuring safety and quality compliance in a laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct environmental reliability, performance, and abuse testing of lithium metal battery packs and modules
Build and troubleshoot test platforms according to project requirements
Operate and maintain test equipment in compliance with laboratory quality management and safety standards
Record and document test data accurately and submit original test records
Assist in daily laboratory management and ensure adherence to laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with battery safety testing experience (education requirements can be relaxed)
More than one year working experience in lithium battery related industry
Experience in lithium battery testing is preferred
Proficient in office software, responsible for filling in and submitting the original records in the test process
Ability to build a test platform according to the test requirements and solve various problems in the test process
Ability to correctly operate and maintain test equipment in accordance with the company's laboratory quality management system
Ability to correctly dispose of samples in the test process and comply with laboratory 5S management requirements to ensure safety during testing
Responsible for environmental reliability testing, performance testing, and abuse testing of lithium metal battery packs and modules according to the arrangement of the project leader
Strong learning ability and practical ability to operate related test equipment independently
