Job Description
A Senior Pack Modeling Scientist responsible for developing and deploying battery pack algorithms, analyzing battery data, and collaborating on battery pack and BMS design, primarily using AI, big data, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze battery pack data
- Design, develop, verify, and deliver battery cloud platform algorithms
- Develop cell algorithms and migrate them to battery pack algorithms
- Design battery pack configurations based on model requirements
- Participate in BMS design and develop the overall framework for battery algorithm deployment
- Supervise battery pack testing and verify algorithms with limited resources
- Deploy and manage digital twin models of battery packs in the cloud
Requirements
- More than five years of battery related work experience, familiar with battery pack design, testing and data
- Familiar with various battery related models algorithms
- Experience in battery management system BMS algorithm development including SOC, SOH, SOP, SOE, and fault detection
- Practical experience based on AI, big data battery algorithm, and cloud BMS
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
