Job Description
The Senior Material Engineer is responsible for pilot production, process development, and equipment selection related to chemical synthesis, primarily focusing on organic and fluorine chemicals, with a strong emphasis on process engineering and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pilot production and expansion of the material pilot process
- Develop chemical process plans and select appropriate equipment
- Design engineering processes for chemical production
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a chemistry-related major, such as chemistry, organic synthesis, or chemical engineering
- More than 5 years of organic synthesis work experience
- Experience with fluorine chemical work is preferred
- Familiar with the principles and methods of organic synthesis
- Familiar with chemical synthesis and distillation equipment and distillation operation
- Familiar with recrystallization process and equipment
- Familiar with solid-liquid separation process and equipment
- Diligent, modest, and progressive attitude
- Obey the post transfer and job content transfer arrangement within the department
