Job Description
The Project Quality Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring development quality, and managing quality objectives and issues in battery research and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and improve APQP requirements and control processes for each project stage
- Plan and implement project quality and reliability objectives
- Communicate with project team members to decompose and achieve after-sales quality targets
- Define passing conditions for project milestones and conduct completion reviews
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, including R&D, trial production, and after-sales issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- CET-4 or above, with good English communication and coordination skills
- More than 2 years of experience in battery research and development projects, quality management, and process management
- At least 1 year of R&D project management experience in related industry
- Ability to review quality systems and conduct on-site audits, and independently issue audit reports
- Strong communication skills, organization, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with quality management system, quality management process, and common quality management tools and analysis methods
