The Project Quality Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring development quality, and managing quality assurance processes for battery research, development, and production projects.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and improve APQP requirements and control processes for each project stage
Plan and implement project quality and reliability objectives
Communicate with project team members to decompose and achieve quality targets
Define passing conditions for project milestones and conduct completion reviews
Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle and address quality issues in R&D, trial production, and after-sales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
CET-4 or above, with good English communication and coordination skills
More than 2 years of experience in battery research and development projects, quality management, and process management
At least 1 year of R&D project management experience in a related industry
Ability to review quality systems and conduct on-site audits, with the capability to independently issue audit reports
Strong communication skills, organization, and coordination skills
Familiarity with quality management system, quality management process, and common quality management tools and analysis methods
Responsible for establishing and improving the APQP requirements of the project, implementing APQP control in each stage of the project, and ensuring the development quality of cells, modules, and packs
Responsible for planning project quality objectives and reliability objectives, and implementing them at all stages of the project
Communicated with each business manager within the project team, decomposed and implemented the after-sales quality target
Responsible for establishing the passing conditions of each project node, carrying out the completion review, and exporting the quality opinions during the project node
Fully responsible for the quality of the project life cycle, ensuring that the project research and development process is under control
Promoted the analysis and solution of the trial-production, experimental quality problems, and after-sales problems of each project
