Job Description
A Senior Process Engineer responsible for developing new lithium battery products, optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing defects, and ensuring smooth mass production through process improvements and control methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products, materials, and processes for lithium batteries
- Conduct manufacturability analysis and oversee mass production introduction of evaluation products
- Create, implement, and update process documentation
- Analyze production issues and implement defect improvements in battery manufacturing
- Identify failure modes and establish process control methods during mass production
- Collect and maintain product process data and routing information
- Optimize and improve process flow and parameters to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanical science and engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in lithium battery technology or product development
- Familiar with the manufacturing process standards of lithium batteries
