The Equipment Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, assembling, debugging, and improving non-standard automation equipment, including electrical control systems, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure product quality and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and debug non-standard automation equipment
Design fixtures using 3D design software such as SolidWorks and ProE
Analyze assembly and debugging issues and collaborate with suppliers to resolve them
Write equipment programs for Mitsubishi, Delta, and other controllers
Evaluate and improve electrical outsourcing suppliers and technologies
Conduct prototype trial production and field testing
Troubleshoot electrical faults and propose product improvements
Prepare production documents, user manuals, and related documentation
Calibrate and adjust assembly processes to meet accuracy standards
Requirements
College degree or above in mechanical and electrical, automation or related field
At least 3 years experience in non-standard automation design, assembly and debugging
Familiar with non-standard automatic electric control wiring and able to debug
Familiar with wiring debugging of electronic control equipment such as PLC, IPC, manipulator, motor and slide rail
Calibrate and adjust the assembly schedule to meet the accuracy requirements
