Job Description
The Equipment Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, assembling, debugging, and improving non-standard automation equipment, including electrical control systems, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure product quality and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and debug non-standard automation equipment
- Design fixtures using 3D design software such as SolidWorks and ProE
- Analyze assembly and debugging issues and collaborate with suppliers to resolve them
- Write equipment programs for Mitsubishi, Delta, and other controllers
- Evaluate and improve electrical outsourcing suppliers and technologies
- Conduct prototype trial production and field testing
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and propose product improvements
- Prepare production documents, user manuals, and related documentation
- Calibrate and adjust assembly processes to meet accuracy standards
Requirements
- College degree or above in mechanical and electrical, automation or related field
- At least 3 years experience in non-standard automation design, assembly and debugging
- Familiar with non-standard automatic electric control wiring and able to debug
- Familiar with wiring debugging of electronic control equipment such as PLC, IPC, manipulator, motor and slide rail
- Calibrate and adjust the assembly schedule to meet the accuracy requirements
