Job Description
This role involves conducting safety analysis, ensuring airworthiness compliance, and supporting certification processes for power batteries used in aerospace applications, with a focus on safety standards, technical documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform power battery safety analysis and develop related technical standards
- Write data specifications for power batteries to support airworthiness design
- Support the compilation, review, and certification of power battery airworthiness documents
- Determine certification foundations, confirm conformance methods, verify conformance, and compile conformance data
- Provide technical guidance to ensure product compliance with airworthiness requirements throughout development and testing
- Conduct safety analyses of power batteries at all stages, including FHA, FTA, PSSA, SSA, and CCA
- Review power battery development stages to ensure safety and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in airworthiness engineering, aeronautical engineering, system engineering or related field
- Experience in civil aircraft or system equipment R D engineering or airworthiness forensics
- Familiar with the development process, technical standards and industrial specifications of civil aircraft products
- Experience in 23 or 27 aircraft airworthiness forensics or authorized representative qualification is preferred
- Familiar with CAAC FAA EASA related airworthiness regulations, standards and management procedures
- Familiar with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160 standards is preferred
- Strong learning ability, proficient in English speaking, reading and writing
- Good English reading and writing ability and paper reading ability
