The Cell Engineer is responsible for participating in power cell customer projects, including sample preparation, testing, data analysis, and technical reporting, with a focus on lithium-ion and solid-state batteries.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in customer projects related to power cells and support their development
Prepare, follow up, and communicate about power cell samples and testing
Analyze sample production and test data, and write technical and customer reports
Requirements
Master's degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., with experience in lithium-ion battery or solid state battery preferred
More than 2 years of power cell project development experience, with participation in the development of more than one power cell project
Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cells and solid cells
Fluency in English
Good team communication skills
