The Cell Development Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing and developing battery cell processes, conducting failure mode analyses, and supporting improvement projects through testing and process validation to ensure high-quality battery performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the optimization and development of cell processes
Write DFMEA and PFMEA for new products
Conduct improvement projects and perform SPC and CPK analysis
Prepare PFMEA, CP, WI, and SOP documentation
Perform battery performance testing and verification
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrochemistry or related battery field
5 years of experience in cell research and development process
Experience in improvement projects
Ability to write DFMEA and PFMEA for new products
Familiar with and able to prepare PFMEA, CP, WI, and SOP
Good at DOE design
Familiar with battery performance testing and verification
