Job Description
An Associate Engineer supporting the research and development of lithium-metal battery cells, focusing on cell building, testing, and chemical management within a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the building of R&D battery cells under the guidance of the Cell Engineer
- Handle R&D cell testing in collaboration with the Test Engineer
- Measure and manage chemicals used in cell builds
- Operate equipment for R&D cell assembly and testing
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in the relevant field is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
- This position will be based in Woburn, MA, and cannot be done remotely.
