Job Description
1. Purchase materials, products, and services to support company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase materials, products, and services to support company operations.
- Manage supplier evaluations, approvals, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate receipt of incoming materials and inventory transactions.
- Perform incoming inspections to verify quality and compliance.
- Manage shipping activities, including carrier coordination and documentation.
- Receive materials, inventory control, and material organization.
- Maintain compliance with purchasing and supplier quality procedures.
- Follow SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understand. Create. Simplify.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Typically, 1 or more years of experience Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
