📋 What You’ll Do
• Visit businesses across metro Melbourne and start face-to-face conversations with owners and decision-makers.
• Identify potential commercial solar opportunities and qualify each business’s interest and suitability.
• Book qualified appointments for our Business Development Manager.
• Capture accurate contact details and useful information so every appointment has a strong handover.
• Report daily on activity, appointments and opportunities.
• Take part in morning meetings, training and coaching to keep improving your results.

• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and building rapport.
• A proactive attitude, resilience and motivation to achieve targets.
• Face-to-face or Business to Business sales, hospitality, retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• A willingness to learn, take feedback and put it into practice.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail when qualifying and booking appointments.
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne.
• Monday to Friday availability and valid working rights in Australia.
• Full working rights in Australia - open to Working Holiday Visa holders
