Job Description
A Client Success Manager responsible for supporting and managing existing customer relationships related to distributed generation assets on the East Coast, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term growth within a fast-paced, private equity-backed clean energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing customer accounts with distributed generation assets on the East Coast
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of energy solutions
- Monitor customer asset performance and address issues proactively
- Foster long-term relationships to promote customer retention and growth
Requirements
- Experience serving an existing customer base, preferably in the energy or distributed generation sector, with a focus on client success or account management.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from either the company's headquarters in Ridgewood, NJ, or the New York City office Union Square area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve and manage relationships with customers.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of distributed generation assets and clean energy solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and do the right thing in professional interactions.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to hustle and demand results.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment backed by private equity investment.
- Educational background or experience relevant to energy, engineering, or a related field (implied but not explicitly specified).
