Job Description
The Production Manager oversees the planning, execution, and management of maintenance and operational activities for two off-grid energy plants, focusing on minimizing downtime, ensuring safety, and optimizing efficiency and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and management of work adherence for Energy Center plants
- Focus on maintenance activities and scheduling to ensure plant reliability
- Minimize plant risk and reduce out-of-service time for critical equipment
- Identify and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions for the Energy Center
- Coordinate with Energy Center organizations to resolve variances in scheduled activities
- Prioritize work activities based on equipment impact
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing the planning, execution, and management of work adherence for energy plants or similar facilities.
- Focus on Energy Center maintenance activities and scheduling to ensure reliable operation.
- Ability to minimize plant risk and out-of-service time for critical equipment.
- Proven track record in identifying the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for energy plants.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple organizational teams to resolve variances in scheduled activities.
- Skill in prioritizing work activities based on equipment impact to optimize plant performance.
- Reporting experience to a Site Manager or equivalent leadership position.
- Physical ability to perform duties related to managing plant operations (implied, as typical for production management roles).
