Job Description
A Client Success Manager responsible for supporting existing customers with distributed generation assets, ensuring their satisfaction and success, while working within a fast-paced, growth-oriented energy company focused on clean, decentralized power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing customer accounts with distributed generation assets on the East Coast
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of energy solutions
Requirements
- Experience serving an existing customer base, preferably in the energy or distributed generation sector, with a focus on client success management.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from either the company's headquarters in Ridgewood, NJ, or the New York City office Union Square area.
- Demonstrated understanding of distributed generation assets and clean energy solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve and support customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Commitment to acting with integrity and doing the right thing in all client interactions.
- Willingness to act like an owner and take responsibility for client success outcomes.
- Hustle and proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Ability to demand results and drive client satisfaction and retention.
