Job Description
SB Energy is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to join the Operational Excellence team supporting the delivery of hyperscale AI data center campuses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mission critical, industrial, power generation, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or large commercial construction.
- Minimum 5 years leading quality programs on complex construction projects.
- Mission-critical data center experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Level 1–5 commissioning.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, and test reports.
- Experience managing NCRs, punch lists, corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality principles preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical testing, mechanical systems, and commissioning documentation preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required. Location: Anywhere in TX ( Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX prefered)
- Base Pay - $140,000-$165000
- The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. The compensation range provided reflects base pay. Total rewards may also include performance-based bonuses, equity grants, and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. Final details will be discussed during the later stages of the hiring process.
