We are seeking an experienced Controls / Security / Network / Compute Lead to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of critical technology systems for large-scale data center construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design coordination, and execution of:
Building Management Systems (BMS) / Controls
Physical Security Systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology systems during design and construction phases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, general contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders
Review and validate design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project and operational requirements
Manage vendors and subcontractors responsible for controls, security, and IT infrastructure installations
Oversee installation quality, integration, and system interoperability across all platforms
Drive commissioning activities, including testing, validation, and turnover documentation
Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration, schedule, and performance
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and client specifications
Support project schedules, budgets, and reporting for all scoped systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in data center construction, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
Strong experience with: BMS / EPMS / controls systems Physical security systems (Lenel, Genetec, etc.) Structured cabling and network infrastructure Data center IT/compute environments Proven experience managing vendors and coordinating across multiple disciplines
Familiarity with commissioning processes and system integration in mission-critical environments
Strong understanding of data center design standards and best practices
Location: On-site Piketon, OH
Base Pay - $115,000-$165,000
The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
