Job Description
The Change Management Program Manager at Samsara is responsible for leading end-to-end change initiatives related to system implementations, process redesigns, and AI deployments within Operations, ensuring successful adoption and organizational impact through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management for operations initiatives and cross-functional programs, including system rollouts, process redesigns, organizational changes, and AI automation deployments.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, resistance management plans, and adoption metrics.
- Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into program plans from inception to completion.
- Track and report on adoption and readiness KPIs, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Design and deliver training programs and enablement assets to ensure effective adoption of new tools, systems, and processes by operations teams.
- Develop and maintain communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout change initiatives.
- Manage projects from scoping through execution, launch, and stabilization, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in change management, program management, or organizational effectiveness, with demonstrated exposure to Operations, supply chain, or similarly complex operational environments.
- Change management certification required (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to run projects end-to-end owning scope, timeline, resource coordination, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch stabilization with minimal oversight.
- Proven track record of leading change on large-scale system implementations or process transformation initiatives spanning multiple teams or functions, with measurable adoption outcomes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) in the context of change, training, or process design.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) to plan, track, and report on complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-ready materials, change impact assessments, and frontline training content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, build trust quickly, and drive alignment across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable end-user training programs across multiple formats including live sessions, e-learning, and self-serve reference materials.
- Highly organized with a track record of managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a strong bias toward action and pragmatic problem-solving.

Annual Base Salary: $79,730 - $120,600 USD
