We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, build, and scale the technology ecosystem powering Samsara's end-to-end supply chain operations. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product management, enterprise architecture, and emerging technology — translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable digital solutions including enterprise platforms, integrations, automation, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent decision-support capabilities.
You will own the product vision, strategy, architecture, and roadmap across planning, procurement, supplier collaboration, fulfillment, order management, logistics, and reverse logistics — driving build-vs-buy decisions and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology transformation. You will partner closely with Supply Chain Operations, Business Technology, Engineering, Data, Finance, and external technology partners to modernize Samsara's supply chain capabilities and enable scalable global operations.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
• 10+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Transformation with ownership of a functional domain or enterprise systems portfolio
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: Design-to-Release, Forecast-to-Plan/Build, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Returns/Reverse Logistics
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise systems, integrations, and process automation, including AI/ML or advanced analytics in operational contexts
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and target-state architecture
• Proven ability to influence and align senior, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical global teams
• Strong documentation discipline, and high attention to detail
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Experience owning systems or platform roadmaps within a Business Technology or Corporate Systems organization
• ERP experience: NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
• Advanced Planning Systems experience: E2open, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Oracle
• Salesforce knowledge
• Data and integration ecosystem experience: Databricks, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, and integration platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft
• Working knowledge of SQL and analytics
• Experience with Large Language Models and core ML concepts: forecasting, optimization, classification, and anomaly detection
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions: AI agents, MCP-based integrations, AI copilots, RAG applications, and LLM-powered workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or enterprise AI assistants
• MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
