Job Description
A Senior Business Operations Analyst at Samsara is responsible for designing and managing systems and processes to support renewal sales cycles, leveraging data and automation tools to enable proactive customer relationship management and improve overall renewal performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage lifecycle management processes and systems to support renewal sales cycles
- Automate task assignment, risk controls, and dashboard workflows in Salesforce and Gong for customer engagement
- Convert telemetry, AI/ML signals, and health data into actionable risk indicators and prioritized tasks
- Develop reporting and analytics to monitor system effectiveness, user adoption, and business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewal workflows with broader business processes
- Implement Salesforce configurations, custom fields, workflows, and process automation
- Create training materials and enablement content for new systems and processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in business operations, sales operations, or systems analysis roles, preferably supporting sales organizations
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, and reporting
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business processes and technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional technical implementations
