Job Description
The role involves developing and facilitating sales onboarding and training programs to accelerate new hire productivity, primarily through virtual and in-person workshops, to support the growth of Samsara's sales team and impact industries reliant on physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to improve existing sales onboarding programs
- Develop scalable, engaging new hire training curricula for remote audiences
- Facilitate virtual and in-office training workshops
- Continuously enhance training content using data-driven insights and learner feedback
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 20 learners virtual and or live
- Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language
- Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced, high exception environment
- Location: Remote - San Francisco Bay Area
- Ability to build a scalable, engaging new hire curriculum for remote audiences informed by industry best practices
- Ability to lead facilitation of training workshops, both virtual and in-office formats
- Ability to continuously improve training content with data-driven insights, learner feedback and alignment to internal product and process changes
- Experience managing or working with LMS and CMS platforms

Annual Base Salary ranging from 80,622.50 to 135,500 USD
