Job Description
The role involves managing and scaling enterprise AI tools across various business functions, developing strategies for adoption and integration, measuring impact, and fostering a culture of AI innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end adoption strategy and roadmap for Samsara's enterprise AI tools.
- Evaluate, compare, and position enterprise AI tools, and drive their integration into core business systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize access, licensing, and governance for AI tools.
- Develop and maintain a strategic AI roadmap, translating business needs into prioritized AI initiatives.
- Measure and track the value, ROI, and adoption of AI products across the organization.
- Lead enablement, training, and communication efforts to promote AI tool adoption and foster a culture of AI innovation.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing updates and translating AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, technology implementations, or product management.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and platforms such as LLMs, MCP, workflow automation, and deploying enterprise tools including Gemini, Zoom AI, Slack AI, Atlassian AI, Claude, ChatGPT, and others.
- Demonstrated AI product or transformation experience supporting meaningful enterprise AI adoption, not just experimentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences and drive organizational change.
- Proven ability to manage both strategic and detailed product work, including writing business cases and reviewing technical specifications.

Annual Base Salary ranging from 131,197.50 USD to 198,450 USD
