Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end annual operating planning (AOP) process across Sales and cross-functional teams.
Define strategic priorities, including organizational changes and major investments, and translate long-term goals into actionable plans.
Manage strategic projects to support long-term growth through problem structuring, data analysis, and developing solutions.
Drive change management initiatives within the go-to-market organization to ensure effective rollout of strategic evolutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and People Ops to build trust and align on strategic initiatives.
Prepare executive presentations, analyses, and talking points related to planning and strategic projects.
Identify growth risks and develop mitigation action plans.
Requirements
8-12 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy Operations or other analytical roles
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity
Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others, including executive audiences
Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments with a bias for action
Strong presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and technical discussions
Ability to synthesize a broad set of information into a cohesive narrative
Examples of impact from reenvisioning analytical work and cross-functional work with AI
Deep expertise with analytical tools such as Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and Databricks
