Job Description
A full-stack Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing features for Samsara's Connected Training and Qualification Management products, focusing on creating data-driven, scalable solutions to improve employee training and compliance management in physical operations industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop features for Connected Training and Qualification Management products.
- Create tooling and features that leverage AI to improve customer workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Develop multi-language support for training course content generation.
- Build automations that integrate platform features to eliminate manual configuration and enhance product value.
- Own end-to-end engineering solutions, including infrastructure, UI, and feature development for web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in software development
- Strong programming coding fundamentals
- Experience shipping high-quality features that are immediately used by customers
