Job Description
A full-stack Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing features for Samsara's Connected Training and Qualification Management products, focusing on creating scalable, data-driven solutions to improve employee training and compliance management in physical operations industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop features for Connected Training and Qualifications Management products.
- Create tooling and features that leverage AI to automate manual processes and improve user experience.
- Develop multi-language support for training content generation.
- Build multi-step automations to integrate platform features and eliminate manual configuration.
- Own end-to-end engineering solutions, from infrastructure to user-facing UI on web and mobile.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Has 2 years of relevant industry experience in software development
- Strong programming coding fundamentals
- Enjoys understanding users and what would make their day-to-day processes easier
- Ships high-quality features that are immediately used by customers
