Job Description

A strategic and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing data-driven paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and business growth in regional markets such as Mexico or Canada, with a focus on optimization, experimentation, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategies across multiple performance marketing channels.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, including audience targeting, ad trafficking, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels and adapt global strategies to regional market dynamics and buyer behaviors.
  • Use A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Paid Search and/or Paid Social programs.
  • Experience building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and 6sense.
  • Experience working with high-growth SaaS products and a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
  • Familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Skilled in trafficking ads, implementing tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritize roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up, scaled to a high level of paid spend, with a focus on high-impact, high-return initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative teams.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise segments is highly valued.
  • A deep understanding of B2B attribution models and the non-linear buyer journey.
