Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst supports and optimizes Samsara's sales processes, systems, and policies to drive growth, efficiency, and customer success in a fast-paced SaaS environment, focusing on renewals and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior sales leadership to optimize enterprise sales processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional programs to improve sales outcomes through process redesign, tooling enhancements, and analytics.
- Assess, prioritize, and develop roadmaps for sales-specific requests and process gaps to support retention and revenue growth.
- Develop and monitor operational metrics to identify inefficiencies or risks within the renewals workflow and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to enhance automation, define requirements, conduct UAT, and manage end-user communications.
- Govern renewals-related sales policies to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistent application globally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Renewals Strategy roles, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
- Proven ability to drive improvements in Renewals workflows through cross-functional project management.
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and related sales technology tools supporting Renewals or Customer Success teams is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of leading complex projects from strategy through execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence Renewals strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and experience translating policy and process into field-facing resources and guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university with a focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering preferred.
- Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce Systems and RevOps to enhance automation, define business requirements, conduct UAT, and manage end-user communications.
- Ability to develop and maintain operational metrics that uncover inefficiencies or risks within the Renewals workflow and provide actionable insights.
- Experience supporting Renewals or Customer Success teams in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment is preferred.
