Samsara is seeking a Sales Process Administrator to help manage and execute pre-sales and post-sales activities that support our global sales teams. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to follow structured workflows, and a commitment to operational accuracy and efficiency.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
• Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review.
• Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup.
• Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers.
• Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
• Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like SalesForce.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes.
