Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize multiple executive calendars
Plan and book complex travel itineraries
Manage all work-related expenses
Assist in creating and managing agendas for departmental staff meetings
Organize and plan internal events and team-building activities
Coordinate meetings, handle email correspondence, and liaise with departments and stakeholders on behalf of executives
Anticipate and respond to executive requests promptly
Perform general administrative duties and handle ad hoc requests
Support teams with tooling and AI solutions
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in an office setting, with the ability to fully work remotely
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Be a self-starter and have the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Ability to be resourceful, flexible, and proactive with a strong bias to action
A strong sense of direction around sensitive scenarios, confidential information
Familiarity with tech environments and a strong understanding of how business works
Experience using G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Expensify, Jira, Netsuite, Slack, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini
Familiarity with other tools like Envoy, Tableau, Lucidchart, and Spark
